About Dan Tran

Fifteen years watching Houston become more Houston.

A city this large rewards experience, curiosity, and the humility to know every move is personal.

Local perspective

From growth maps to front doors.

Dan has worked in Houston real estate for fifteen years, through new corridors, changing skylines, expanding suburbs, and the thousands of individual decisions behind that growth.

He works with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, sellers, and people trying to understand Greater Houston from somewhere else. The goal is simple: explain the tradeoffs, protect the process, and help each client make a decision they can live with after closing day.

Houston is not a backdrop to the work. It is the work: the commutes, floodplain questions, housing stock, construction cycles, tax districts, neighborhoods, food, sports, heat, ambition, and strange affection people develop for a freeway map.
