About Dan Tran
A city this large rewards experience, curiosity, and the humility to know every move is personal.

Local perspective
Dan has worked in Houston real estate for fifteen years, through new corridors, changing skylines, expanding suburbs, and the thousands of individual decisions behind that growth.
He works with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, sellers, and people trying to understand Greater Houston from somewhere else. The goal is simple: explain the tradeoffs, protect the process, and help each client make a decision they can live with after closing day.
Houston is not a backdrop to the work. It is the work: the commutes, floodplain questions, housing stock, construction cycles, tax districts, neighborhoods, food, sports, heat, ambition, and strange affection people develop for a freeway map.

Clear tradeoffs and recommendations instead of scripted reassurance.
Neighborhood and market context tied to the way you will actually use the city.
A closing is a milestone, not an excuse to disappear into a CRM.
The next move
Bring the questions, constraints, and half-formed plan. Dan will help turn them into a useful next step.
